* Graduates of BS Elementary Education or BS Secondary Education Preferably with LET or any Child Development Course

* Teachers willing to be trained in the Montessori way of teaching

*Teachers with a good command of the English language and a pleasing personality

*Fresh graduates with no previous work experience in teaching.
